Independence, choice and equality
This is what Home Instead Senior Care Barnsley strive for when we provide assisted living care and support for young adults and people with disabilities. Our non-medical support is inclusive of everyone aged over 18 and is tailored to the needs of each individual client. We can create a sociable and friendly environment for all of our clients which enable them to develop their skills, maintain their independence and increase their self-confidence.
We currently provide:
Disability care (care for people with a learning disability or a physical disability)
Care and support for people with a brain injury
Care for people with challenging behaviours
...and many more
The challenges that these people face on a daily basis are faced together with Home Instead Senior Care.
We also have excellent links with organisations and health professionals, and collaborate with them regularly to deliver the best home care and support packages for our clients. Sharing a Common Interest is the most important thing to us and our clients. Our CAREGivers are selected following a rigorous recruitment process and are chosen for their caring nature, empathetic approach and ability to respond to challenging situations in a caring and sensitive manner.
We believe that Clients and CAREGivers should be matched so that they share common interests, in order to facilitate an immediate connection between them. Another example of our unique approach is that clients have, whenever possible, the same CAREGiver for each visit, so we can create a truly extraordinary friendship. We understand how important this is for anyone receiving support and particularly for people with Autism and learning disabilities.
Our caring and compassionate service extends to the client’s wider family and if the individual is living with their family, then our service will be an opportunity for their main carers to have some respite.
To you, it’s about getting the help you need. To us, it’s personal.
