An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Field Support Networker based at our Barnsley Office.

The Networker is responsible for ensuring achievement of revenue objectives for the assigned territory. Revenue is to be generated from a variety of Sales and Marketing duties, including researching and pursuing new referral sources, together with enhancing and maintaining relationships with existing referral sources.
- To build relationships within the community
- Develop marketing and promotional activities
- Keep all adverts and marketing materials up to date
- Maintain and update all networking databases and referral files
- Achieve targeted figures
- To be able to plan and maintain networking campaigns
- Must have sales experience
- Must have experience in preparing and managing promotional campaigns
- Must have an understanding of sales and marketing within local communities
The role of Field Support Networker:
- Based at either our Barnsley Office.
- 25 hour p/w Contract
- Alternate weekends to include on-call duties on a rota basis
- 2 days p/w office-based with remaining hours in field support/CAREGiver/support role

⌛ Our visits are usually a minimum of 2 hours which means our CAREGivers have time to care and become a trusted friend to clients and their families.
We match our clients with CAREGivers who have similar interests and personalities to ensure we provide the quality of care we would wish for our own loved ones.
⌛ We offer working hours from as little as 2 to 16+ hours per week.
Age is certainly not a barrier as we value life experience - our eldest CAREGiver is 81.
