Trainee Scheduler – Full/Part Time

Job Description

Main Duties include:

·         Learn to understand, build and maintain efficient schedules for clients and CAREGivers

·         Develop excellent relationships with both clients and CAREGivers

·         Communicate schedule changes to clients and CAREGivers

·         Plan CAREGiver introductions and shadowing

·         Record client mileage, overstays and expenses

·         Learn to template all visits in the scheduling system as far as possible

·         Send out weekly schedules to clients and CAREGivers

·         Support the Scheduler to cover CAREGiver sickness and last-minute cancellations

·         Support the Scheduler to maintain Block Scheduling for new and changed visits

 

Essential Criteria:

·         Willingness to learn IT systems and Microsoft Office

·         Resilient and positive attitude with excellent communications skills.

·         Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills

·         Logical and analytical with the ability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines

·         Ability to work calmly and accurately under pressure

·         Team player with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

·         Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
