Here at the Wolverhampton, Wombourne and Kingswinford office of Home Instead our CAREGivers are our greatest asset.
They are caring and compassionate, highly skilled and fully trained. They undergo a thorough and rigorous vetting procedure, including 2 interviews, 4 references and an enhanced DBS check.
Our CAREGivers come from a wide range of backgrounds, with varying life experiences, but all have empathy and are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care and to making a difference to the quality of life of our Clients. They arrive on time, every time and you'll be greeted by the same CAREGiver, every time.
Holly Beecham - Recruiter
Holly is responsible for ensuring the recruitment of CAREGivers
Holly's previous experience as a CAREGiver allows her to bring a new dynamic and understanding to the office which helps in our day to day dealings with Clients and CAREGivers.
Lucie Philpott - Care Manager
Lucie's role is to make sure that our clients are happy with the service they receive from CAREGivers and office staff.
As a Care Manager, Lucie also provides initial Care Consultations and develops individual Care Plans to meet clients' needs. Additionally, she is responsible for client, family and healthcare professional liaison, for hospital discharge assessment, compliance and quality assurance.
Emma Pitt - Client Services Manager
As our Client Services Manager Emma provides initial Care Consultations and develops individual Care Plans to meet required outcomes. Additionally, Emma is responsible for client, family and healthcare professional liaison, for hospital discharge assessment and quality assurance.
Andrea Price - Care Manager
Prior to joining Home Instead Andrea had a long career in various customer services environments, experience which has proved to be invaluable in her current role.
As Care Manager Andrea is responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the office as well as assisting in staff development, managing quality and ensuring that our CAREGivers have all the support they need.
Nathan Allen - Care Co-ordinator
On a day to day basis Nathan's key responsibility is to organise resources so that our clients have the CAREGivers that they know and have built relationships with. Under no circumstances will he ever send a CAREGiver who is not known the client, and he prides himself on upholding this key standard of our company.
Julie and Pram Toor - Owners
Hi, I am Pram Toor. Jointly with my wife Julie we own the Home Instead Wolverhampton, Wombourne and Kingswinford office. Prior to setting up our office I had a successful 26 year career with a large financial institution where Julie and I met. We have been married for 28 years and Julie gave up her career 20+ years ago to become a full-time mum looking after our 3 children.
Taking redundancy in 2010 gave me the chance to do something new and get more of a sense of accomplishment. As a family we have always had a passion for putting something back into our community, and setting up a Home Instead Senior Care office locally has given us the opportunity to make a difference to peoples’ lives and have a sense of fulfilment in our own lives as a consequence.
Our ethos is simple – treat others as we would wish to be treated ourselves. We can only do this by delivering on our vision of providing high quality care that meets the individual needs of our clients - Julie and I promise that we will never compromise on this.
