Meet the team Monday...Introducing Chloe, our new scheduler

Chloe has joined our team recently, bringing with her, her more than six years of care experience and her knowledge of scheduling…we are so happy to have her on board!

Chloe heard of Home Instead through the grapevine and did her due diligence and investigated who we are, what we do and what we stand for. Having lost her Dad at the very young age of 50, to Cancer, she was determined that she wanted to be able to build on the wonderful work that The Macmillan nurses had afforded them.

She took up a position in care, in a care home, and loved it, but ultimately felt it was too impersonal and not achieving her goal of really giving back and making a difference. That’s where we came in!

In her role as Care co-ordinator or Scheduler, Chloe says that it is her aim to establish and build a chain of trust and rapport between clients, our CarePros and herself and that she truly understands the need for compassion in the role. Chloe says of herself that she thrives in order and a good structure.

Her two girls, Olivia and Isabella are her driving forces. Chloe says they are her everything, her sun and moon…and speaking of moons, she is very much a fan of all things esoteric and it shows in her choices of favourites. Music-wise, Chloe loves all music, but adores her friend’s Metal band.
