My role is to provide leadership and direction to the team to ensure we focus on our values. I spend time developing the team, planning and maintaining our relationships in the community.

I am responsible for auditing all of the daily Care Professional logs/notes to make sure our clients remain safe and well and that the families are kept up to date should there be any changes in their loved one’s daily routines.
