We're launching our PEAQ survey!

Last week we launched the start of our annual PEAQ (Pursuing Excellence by Advancing Quality) survey; a chance for all clients and CAREGivers to provide feedback on how satisfied you are with the quality of service we provided by the Wetherby team.

For our CAREGivers, this is an opportunity to express how they found the recruitment process, training, the on-going support from our office teams and job satisfaction. As well as frequent service reviews and quality assessments with our clients and their families, this survey offers an additional chance for clients to provide feedback on the quality of service and the support we provide.

For those that are able to do so, this is an online survey that can be accessed here. It will require a unique code which should have been sent to all CAREGivers and clients individually. A postal version has also been sent out to those who could not complete it electronically.  

To encourage our CAREGivers to take part, we hosted several open days with our Wetherby support team. This provided a chance for the CAREGivers to come in, complete the survey and provide additional feedback in required.

This is a great chance for all those involved in Home Instead Wetherby to provide feedback on how we can improve the service we deliver to both clients and CAREGivers in the future.
