As General Manager, Cath oversees all aspects of the service with a deep commitment to the wellbeing of older adults. She’s passionate about helping people remain independent in the place they know best: home—while building lasting connections within the local community.

Andrea has 14 years of experience working in Domiciliary and residential care settings and 6 years management experience.
She has a 'can do' attitude and passionately believes in doing the right thing. She is very focussed on providing the best services to her clients.

Bridget had worked in adult social care for over 30 years, before joining Home Instead and developed her skills to become Registered Care Manager. She oversees all aspects of our care.

Bridget enjoys the contact with our clients and their families to tailor our services.

Our Client Service Manager, Megan, has over 30 years of experience in the NHS in various nursing roles, and so brings a high level of understanding and expertise into her role, ensuring our clients receive the personalised care they need.

Nina beings her wealth of experience as a Care Professional into her role as Care Co-Ordinator. With her infectious enthusiasm and passion for the caring profession, we are incredibly fortunate to have Nina as a central member of our Wetherby team.

Helen has worked for Home Instead for over 5 years, starting as Care Professional then moving to Onboarding Manager, supporting new recruits in their first 3 months. Now working as Audit Manager she passes on her experience so that clients receive the care they deserve.

Fiona has worked in the care sector most of her adult life, and enjoys every day of it. As well as caring for clients, she also supports Care Professionals in the field.

She feels lucky to work for Home Instead and enjoys meeting wonderful clients and Care Professionals.

Julie has over 20yrs of teacher, training experience working in all areas around care settings, from learning needs, residential, dementia to complex care.

Julie focuses on encouraging continual learning and believes in making training engaging, interactive and fun.

As Client Experience Manager, Gemma makes sure every client and their family feels genuinely supported. She’s all about personal, flexible care that adapts to each individual’s needs and building trust with our wonderful community.

Racheal has over 12 years experience in the sector. As Recruitment Manager, she ensures the efficient recruitment of Care Professionals that best match our client’s needs.

Racheal chose to join Home Instead as the company’s values and culture align with her own beliefs.

Katherine joined Home Instead Wetherby in October 2023 after completing a degree in Marketing Management. She joined the team to share online the amazing home care service provided to support clients to live well at home locally.

Before joining Home Instead, Heather was a Business Development Manager, but joined as both a Community Representative and a Care Professional so she could make a difference to people’s lives.

Kendra joined Home Instead in 2022 having previously worked within the financial services sector in HR and Scheduling functions.
