We are absolutely delighted to announce that long standing CAREGiver Hazel Bulling is our new field supervisor.
As you may know, Karen is our current field supervisor. She has been with us since 2011 and during her time with us, Karen has been managing and supporting all caregivers as well as continuing to care for clients weekly. As our company has grown and we have welcomed both new clients and caregivers, Karen has been working immensely hard to maintain high levels of support and continue caring. However, she is only one woman!
As such, we decided to recruit a new field supervisor, to share the workload with Karen. Not only will this lighten her load, it will mean that the company can provide better and more frequent support for our caregivers.
Hazel has been with Home Instead Watford for over four years and has always maintained her professionalism and provided the highest quality care for her clients. She is a dedicated and hardworking caregiver but also a friendly and warm individual. It was important when hiring a field supervisor, that the person selected was not just an experienced caregiver but could also work well with others and deliver high levels of support to their colleagues.
We think Hazel fits the bill and will make a wonderful field supervisor. Today is her first day so please join us in wishing her good luck in her new role and we hope you all enjoy working more closely with Hazel in the future.
