Review: ‘We used Home Instead Watford for 15 months. I was so pleased that my elderly parents were being taken care of, as I was living 100 miles away in Kent. Lovely ladies, very professional and nothing was too much bother. They actually made an effort to get to know them. If ever problems did arise, I could always contact the office and things would get sorted, like getting extra cover for my dad when he came out of hospital on two occasions.
My Mum was so reluctant and adamant she didn’t want carers, but when they moved to Kent to be nearer to me, she was quite upset to be leaving them.
