Home Instead shares in the “can do” culture of Warrrington Disability Awareness Day!

Staff from Warrington and Halton Home Instead joined the fun at Warrington Disability Awareness Day. This is Europe’s and possibly the World’s largest voluntary led pan disability event which promotes a “can do” culture focussing on what people with disabilities can do throughout their life and work.

This very much echoes what Home Instead are all about, celebrating and building on what our clients can do and so supporting them to maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life and sense of well being.  A great example of this was some of the team from Dudley Home Instead bringing clients from there area up to enjoy the day.

The help and support we can offer is completely flexible and tailored to the needs of the individual, so it can be as varied as taking a client out to have a look round a garden centre, helping them with making a meal or light housekeeping through to a day out such as the one celebrated today. The team fromDudley had a great day out and a great deal to share with their friends and family back home.

Home Instead very much has a “can do” attitude where clients are concerned and our excellent team of staff use all their skills and experience to help clients to pursue activities that they enjoy and make life worthwhile.
