CAREGiver Christine from Home Instead Warrington and Lymm has been awarded with a ‘Silver Achievement Learner’ accolade by Partnership Training Ltd, in celebration of her performance, dedication and commitment shown during her studies.
Christine, who recently completed a Level Two Diploma in ‘Health and Social Care’ apprenticeship, was selected for the accolade by her vocational tutor from a pool of over 70 other learners. The award has been especially marked due to the difficulties faced throughout the pandemic.
Partnership Training Ltd is a professional training provider well-regarded in the care sector, which supports Home Instead by providing flexible learning experiences focusing on encouraging knowledge, skills and behaviours.
Christine from Great Sankey has been a Home Instead caregiver for two years. She said: “The apprenticeship has helped me develop my confidence both in and outside of work, and it has been amazing to apply my new skills and knowledge to my role as a CAREGiver.”
Melissa Critchley, owner of Home Instead said: “As a company, we strongly believe in supporting our staff in reaching their full potential, and training is a proven way of achieving this.
“It can be difficult securing suitable training for staff, but Partnership Training Ltd has made it simple for us to arrange our team to work towards qualifications.”
Melissa continued: “Selecting Christine for this prestigious award is wholly down to her hard work and desire to be the best she can be in her role. Well done Christine, we are very proud to have you on our team!”.
