I could say SO many wonderful things about you and  your team, and I often sing your praises to people in passing. ..... Yesterday was just a typical example of exactly how efficient and reliable you all are.  ....... Just as I was getting ready for work I received a phone call from my lovely but rather 'eccentric'  mother, your client..... .. Her request was a fairly simple one, but unfortunately it came with an extremely demanding urgency! ..In fact...to her..it was a matter of life and death!! Not being able to meet her needs at that time, I quickly realised that that probably wasn't going to be the last I heard from her that afternoon! and that I'd be taking the problem to work with me!     The very fact that I felt totally comfortable about ringing you with such a trivial dilemma, speaks volumes about the type of relationship you have with your clients and their families. You immediately took all the concern away from me and I was able to go to work and forget about it!.... I was, however, reminded of it again when I got home that evening off my late shift, to find a telephone message off Mum saying.... " you don't need to bother bringing me any Ginger nut biscuits now, ..that lovely carer brought me some! ..fancy that?!! "     THANK YOU! for every single thing you do, not only for Mum, but also for her family! XX
