5 Boroughs Partnership NHS Foundation Trust

Welcome to 5 Boroughs Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. We provide treatment, support and guidance for people affected by mental ill health and learning disabilities. We're here for people of all ages, living in the boroughs of Halton, Knowsley, St Helens, Warrington and Wigan, and offer day care, in-patient care and community services.

Spire Hospital - Cheshire

Spire Cheshire Hospital first opened in 1988 to offer high levels of medical and surgical treatment and personal care. The hospital is situated close to the Cheshire countryside, but within easy reach of the motorway networks – it is just off junction 10 of the M56 with Manchester and Liverpool airports only 30 minutes away. As a modern private healthcare provider, our services are available to all, whether you are insured or not. If you are financing your own treatment, we offer one-off private treatment at Spire Cheshire Hospital, with a fixed price agreed in advance.

WHIA

Warrington Home Information and Improvement Agency is a non-profit advisory service for older, disabled or vulnerable people and families on low incomes who own their own homes or live in private rented accommodation and wish to repair, improve or adapt their homes.

Age Uk

We believe that age needs respect. It needs kindness. Sometimes it needs help. Because there is strength in numbers, Age Concern and Help the Aged have joined forces to become Age UK – so that we can be here for everyone in later life.

Since April 2013 we have been supported by Home Instead for companionship. Bob has built up very good relationships with his Carers  and looks forward to his outings. I am relaxed and have confidence that he is safe in professional care. I was able to attend Melissa's excellent course and discussing coping strategies has helped immensely.
