Being a CAREGiver
At Home Instead Warrington we are fortunate to have an amazing team of CAREGivers who go the extra mile to make a huge difference to the lives of people they support in Warrington.
We regularly receive calls, notes, emails etc. from clients and their families to comment on the high quality of support they are receiving. Here are just a few recent comments...
"Chris is a godsend. She's gone over and above since she's been coming. I don't know what I would have done without her." (Oct 2014)
"I am really happy with the service and have noticed a marked improvement in (my uncle's) mental and physical health. He is putting on weight and can now turn on the television himself. His whole outlook has improved." (Oct 2014)
"I miss Trish as she knows instinctively when I need anything. She lifts my spirits." (Sept 2014)
"I think it is only right that I highlight the excellent contribution that Louise is making to ensure consistency for my parents. In the short time Louise has been supporting mum and dad, it is clear that she has built up a really positive relationship with them, no easy thing considering mum's initial reluctance. Louise's gentle and friendly, but at the same time persuasive, manner has clearly been instrumental in ensuring a positive relationship has been established with mum and dad....I feel very reassured that Louise's commitment supports mum and dad...please pass on my thanks and appreciation to Louise...I think she is doing a fabulous job! (Aug 2014)
"There is no way I would have been able to have the holiday without Home Instead and, in particular, Lynn. She is an absolute star and mum absolutely loves her!" (Aug 2014)

A poem from one of our Clients at Home Instead Warrington
I would like to express my sincere thanks to everyone at Home Instead. The service you have provided to my uncle over the last 18 months has been invaluable and given me peace of mind knowing that there were decent carers looking after him. All the carers have been lovely and seem genuinely to care.Client's niece
