This gives you the chance to see what we are like and it saves filling in forms unnecessarily. If it looks like it is going to work for both of us, then you can take a form away and complete it at your leisure knowing that your application will be considered seriously.
As well as the usual CRB checks and references, we do apply one other rule and that is, "Would I let this person look after my own Mum or Dad?" All of our staff have to pass this test before we would consider them for employment with us.
