Being a CAREGiver

If you have a few hours to spare and would really like to make a difference to someone in your local community, then why not give us a call? We are offering flexible hours (with some weekend and evenings) and we are happy for people to apply with availability from just a few hours to about twenty four hours per week.

Our staff turnover is very low because we care about our team members as well as we care for our clients. Being a member of our team brings additional benefits as well as the job satisfaction and pay. We can explain more about this when you apply.

We like to make the process of joining our team as straightforward as possible and so normally we would invite you in for an informal chat over a cup of tea. This gives you the chance to see what we are like and it saves filling in forms unnecessarily. If it looks like it is going to work for both of us, then you can take a form away and complete it at your leisure knowing that your application will be considered seriously.

As well as the usual CRB checks and references, we do apply one other rule and that is, "Would I let this person look after my own Mum or Dad?" All of our staff have to pass this test before we would consider them for employment with us.
