Julia accredited to deliver End of Life Programme
This week Julia has completed the Home Instead Train the Trainer course to deliver the Home Instead innovative End of Life Training Programme for CAREGivers. We are delighted that, like our Alzheimers and Other Dementias training, this is a City & Guilds Accredited programme, which concentrates on how our CAREGivers can care for clients during what can be a very difficult time. We are honoured that this course has been awarded the Princess Royal Training Award 2019.
We understand that, when faced with a life limiting disease or illness, most people would prefer to feel comfortable and safe by remaining at home. We’re here to support your loved one and family so that your loved one is able to live life as they choose.
Our CAREGivers receive expert training through our bespoke City & Guilds accredited End of Life Training Programme, and are able to support clients and their families with dignity and respect, ensuring a wholly personalised service.
Our End of Life care at home support includes:
· Personalised Symptom and pain management
· Oral care
· Relaxation and mindfulness
· Loss, grief and bereavement advice
Our CAREGivers will also work closely with other health professionals including doctors, nurses and social workers during this time to ensure a completely hollistic service.
You can be assured that your loved one is in safe hands at this time of their life
