Home Instead congratulates employee who has worked from being a CAREgiver to attaining a management qualification.

All at Home Instead Southport and Crosby would like to congratulate our Client Care Co-ordinator Charlotte Baines on completing her Level 5 diploma in leadership and care management.

Charlotte is a pro-active, hardworking and dedicated individual to her job role and in Charlottes own words: “I never thought I’d find another job which I loved so much, but I have, I love working here.” 

Charlotte is not only a valued member of the team, but works tirelessly to ensure all of our clients are cared for effectively, she goes the extra mile and is also a dementia champion, recently training many local services in the Southport and Crosby areas. Not only this but she still finds time for her family with a husband and two twins at home, she really is the complete package.

Charlotte thoroughly deserves this award and qualification, she still continues to work hard every day in and around the office and truly cares about our clients.
