The owners of the Southport branch of Home Instead are pleased to announce that they are opening a 2nd office in Waterloo.
Anthea Pilkington, co-owner of Home Instead said “It has been a fantastic journey, since we started the service in Southport in 2007. We have met some fantastic people on the way, both clients and staff and we are immensely proud to have made such a huge difference to the lives of people in Southport and Formby, we have won a number of awards and have had great feedback about the quality of the service we have provided. We are so pleased that we are now able to replicate this for the people of Crosby, Waterloo and surrounding areas”
Irene Hough said “The opening of the new office will provide a base for care staff working in the area as well as an information hub for people who may need the services of Home Instead or other services who can work alongside us. We have provided a number of free dementia awareness workshops for the community in Southport and we will now be able to provide further workshops from our new office too”
The establishment of the new office will also provide work opportunities for people who want to make a real difference to the lives of people who need care and support to remain in their own home. A job that brings real satisfaction as well as the opportunity to train and gain recognised qualification’s such as Home Instead’s City and Guilds Dementia care programme, the only one of its kind available in the UK.
