Irene Hough and Anthea Pilkington, Directors of Home Instead Southport and Crosby, were invited by Morecrofts Solicitors to attend Burns Night as their guests, which took place on Saturday 30th January at the Gild Hall in Formby.
Burns Night is a fundraising event to raise money for Headway Sefton and is in support of people who have suffered and survived brain injuries during their life.
Irene and Anthea were delighted to attend wearing a splash of tartan. Everyone enjoyed traditional Scottish dancing, raised several toasts for the bagpipe renditions and indulged in Haggis, tatties and neeps.
The event was thoroughly appreciated by everyone who took part including all guests and entertainment. A significant amount was raised for Headway Sefton and the proceeds will help with ongoing support for this well deserving charity.
Home Instead Southport and Crosby are always willing to go the extra mile for charities and organisations that help out in the community. Just as we assist all of our clients and ensure all our CAREGiver’s are happy in the Home Instead family.
