Our team says Home Instead’s “A Great Place to Work”.

One of the keys to providing really great care is employing really great people. We have an amazing team and we want to keep them – that’s why, each year, we commission an independent, confidential survey to find out how were doing as employers. The 2019 results are just in and we’re really pleased with them.

The headline has to be that 100% of our staff would recommend Home Instead as a great place to work. When we ask why they told us things like…

“I feel so supported by everyone and look forward to work every day, knowing that I am making a difference.”

“I feel like a valued and respected team member.”

The survey’s quite detailed so it enables to find out what it is they appreciate about working for us. The most important thing, of course, is that our CAREGivers just love looking after they clients. But we were delighted to see that our staff value the training they receive, the support they get from our office team and perhaps most importantly, the feeling of being part of our team that is absolutely devoted to providing the best possible service for our clients and their families. This is the sort of thing you regularly hear from marketing team but to hear it from our staff is really wonderful.

It also great to get suggestions directly from our team. Every year this gives us ideas on how to make Home Instead an even better place to work – such as our CAREGiver Council that we started after last year’s results.

Finally 100% of our CAREGivers told us that they’re “Proud to Work for Home Instead”. Well we’re just as proud of them and the amazing care they provide for all their clients each and every day.
