Princess Royal Training Awards

More royal recognition for Home Instead! Last week we were announced as having won a Princess Royal Training Award for 2016.

Organised by the City & Guild's group, these Awards recognise organisations where outstanding training plays a major role in delivering first-class service to their clients. We were the only Care provider to win the award but this year’s group of winners includes some of the biggest brands in the world. It’s great to see Home Instead on the same gold medal podium with other market leaders such as Mercedes Benz and IBM.

We’re particularly pleased to have won this award as we firmly believe that we can only deliver the best care if we have the best trained CareGivers. We’re also convinced that Dementia Awareness can really improve the lives of people living with the condition, which is why we run free courses for family, friends and other people in the community.

It’s great to see all the time, thought and energy we and our team put in being recognised.
