Home Instead won The Customer Focus award

They say it’s not nice to blow your own trumpet but sometimes it just can’t be helped -  like when your company wins (another) major award.

The BFA HSBC Franchisor of the Year Awards were recently held at the ICC in Birmingham and Home Instead came away with one of the big ones – The Customer Focus award.

This award is given to the organisation that has “demonstrated a clear focus on customer service” and that “it’s approach to customer care underpins sustained growth”. A whole load of business-speak that boils down to the fact that, at Home Instead, the service we offer our clients is something we take personally. Making sure it’s the best it can b is the impetus behind absolutely everything we do. Easy to say, hard to achieve but awards like this suggest we’re not doing too badly.
