Our clients and our staff, they're the people who really count at Home Instead.

That's why, every year, we ask Smith and Henderson, an independent research company, to ask all of them what they think. Well, the 2017 results are in and once again they're good news.

We’ll cover CAREGiver feedback in our next news article because this time I want to focus on what our Clients think.

Client Feedback – the Headlines

We want our clients to be happy with the service we provide, it’s the most important thing of all to us, so we’re pleased to report that they’ve once again given us a vote of confidence. 96% told us they would be happy to recommend Home Instead to family and friends - the best accolade we could wish for.

One thing we try really hard to do at Home Instead South Manchester is get to know the people we care for and find a CareGiver we think they’ll get on well with. So, its great to learn that 100% of our clients felt their CAREGiver was well matched to their needs. The results also showed that 96% of clients felt their CAREGiver was properly introduced before they started working with them -  something we feel is really important.

We believe Homecare is something people should be able to rely on absolutely so it’s reassuring that 100% of our clients said their CAREGiver arrives on time. 86% also said the office team always communicate any changes to their scheduled visits in advance - not bad but an area we'll be looking to improve on.

We’d like to thank all our clients, for taking the time to give us their feedback, and also our wonderful, caring CareGivers. It’s their hard work, professionalism and compassion that makes results like this possible.
