5 Star ***** Employer
Home Instead Senior Care South Lanarkshire has been recognised as a 5 Star Employer by WorkBuzz, as a result of positive feedback from their employees
In June 2019, WorkBuzz invited all Home Instead Senior Care’s CAREGivers and Key Players to provide confidential feedback about their experience working for Home Instead Senior Care South Lanarkshire, including the training and development on offer; the relationship with their manager and day-to-day responsibilities. As independent employee engagement specialists, WorkBuzz then verified the results.
Home Instead Senior Care was awarded the WorkBuzz 5 Star Employer award in September, based on positive feedback from their employees. This demonstrates Home Instead Senior Care’s high levels of employee engagement, compared to other businesses of a similar size.
Steven Frost, CEO of WorkBuzz said “The biggest challenge facing many organisations is recruiting and retaining the best talent. We would like to congratulate Home Instead Senior Care South Lanarkshire for its high levels of employee engagement. Its positive culture means that most employees are proud to work there, would choose to stay even if they were offered a similar job elsewhere, and are highly motivated.”
Every year Home Instead Senior Care South Lanarkshire survey their employee's to ask them confidentially how they feel about the company and what we are doing well and what areas can be improved.
Alan Barr, Owner of Home Instead South Lanarkshire said "We like to receive honest feedback from our staff on how we are doing, as we know that we don't get everything right and there are areas that we can improve on. This years feedback has been really positive and we are getting a lot of things right hence the 5 Star Rating by our staff. However we have already started taking actions to improve areas where our CAREGivers have told us we can do better, which will allow them to perform their job better and deliver a better experience for our clients. Happy CAREGivers means happy clients and that's what we are working on."
