Growing old can bring challenges, both for the person who’s ageing and for their family. It can be frustrating for our loved ones because they can’t do everything they used to and feel like they’re losing their independence. At the same time, it might be worrying for their family as they might not be able to be there whenever their loved ones need them.

On Friday 9th November, Sky and Claire attended Sense Ability Therapy CIC's Community Open Day at Dainton Park Golf Club which was a "one-stop shop" event providing information, advice, freebies and demos on staying healthy, managing long term conditions, keeping active, finding social activities locally and much more. We had a stand at the event as we wanted to share why Home Instead Senior Care is so different to other home care companies. We also wanted to find potential CAREGivers to join our fantastic team, and to network with other businesses. The event was a great success and we would like to thank Jenny at Sense Ability Therapy CIC for organising the event. We hope there will be many more to come!
