We have some great news to share.
Home Instead South Devon has recently been featured in local newspapers including the Brixham Beacon and Tavistock Times, highlighting our recent recognition as a 5 Star Employer by WorkBuzz.
This award places us within the top five percent of health and social care companies worldwide for care professional satisfaction, something we are incredibly proud of.
The recognition is based on anonymous feedback gathered through independent employee engagement experts WorkBuzz. Both our Care Professionals and our clients were invited to take part in the survey, providing a genuine insight into the experience of working with and receiving care from Home Instead.
We were delighted to achieve an outstanding Care Professional advocacy score of 98, alongside exceptionally high satisfaction scores from our clients. In fact, 100 percent of clients surveyed said they were satisfied with the overall quality of the service they receive.
For us, this recognition reflects something we strongly believe. Providing outstanding care begins with supporting the people who deliver it.
We place a strong focus on training, ongoing support and wellbeing so that our Care Professionals feel valued, listened to and empowered in their roles.
Our care model is also designed to be different from many others in the industry. We prioritise minimum one hour visits, allowing our Care Professionals the time needed to build meaningful relationships and provide truly personalised support.
Every care plan is built around the individual needs and preferences of our clients, helping them remain independent and comfortable in their own homes.
