Local Home Care Company, CQC compliant

For all home care / domiciliary care companies it is important to maintain its standards of health and safety when providing care to the elderly. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the current regulator for health and social care in England, and regularly inspects care providers to ensure they are compliant with their national standards. If they aren’t compliant with the CQC’s standards then they are required to enforce action against that home care company.

All of us here at Home Instead Senior Care Sheffield South are delighted to report that our recent CQC inspection which took place in December was a success with all standards met. They were able to contact many of our clients to ask them about our services; and if they were happy with our care; we received a lot of positive feedback.

Nothing makes us happier then seeing our clients happy with the care that we are providing for them, our registered care manager Sarah has commented “we are thrilled to have received such a positive CQC inspection, and to know that our quality has been maintained through the years. As well as CQC’s standards we are also meeting the high standards set by Home Instead Senior Care”.

We would like to extend gratitude to all our CAREGivers who have worked really hard to provide such high quality care for our clients. We hope you can do this for more people in 2014.
