We welcome Tracey to the team!
We're delighted to introduce you to our new Community Engagement Co-ordinator for Scarborough and Ryedale, Tracey!
Tracey joins us having worked for the same company for 27 years in various roles including Customer Service, Service Management and as a Regional Sales Manager building lasting relationships within the labelling industry. She decided to leave them to pursue a 15-year dream of becoming a foster carer for which she qualified 3 years ago and has fostered 3 children since. Tracey found this to be extremely rewarding and a little challenging, but it prompted her to see how else she could help people and with that in mind she applied to work for Home Instead.
The values of Home Instead are what attracted her to the company, as they matched hers perfectly. Tracey's new role is all about getting out into the Scarborough and Ryedale communities and building relationships with local providers and organisations; looking at opportunities for Home Instead to contribute to these local communities whilst raising awareness of Home Instead for potential clients and CAREGivers.
