Home Instead now CQC registered in Scarborough

Local home care company Home Instead has passed an important milestone by successfully registering with the care regulator the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide services to elderly people in Scarborough and Ryedale. The managing director and the care manager both successfully completed the CQC vetting process and as a result Home Instead is registered to provide personal.

Home Instead is locally owned having successfully run a similar service in York since 2009 and is now bring its trademark high quality care at home to older people in Scarborough and Ryedale. It is particularly important in these challenging times that elderly people's needs are considered. Home Instead can assist with a range of daily living activities such as shopping, meal preparation, washing and dressing, but just as importantly with companionship and, when the time is appropriate, going out. The service is intended to help people maintain their quality of life as they grow older.
