Mariecar is our operations Manager, she has been with us for over eleven years and has progressed through practically every role available. Her wealth of knowledge and experience makes her an invaluable member of our team.

Edgars loving, kind yet professional nature means he is an effective Field Care Supervisor. In this role he advises and supports our Care Professionals ensuring that the care they are providing is of the highest quality

Max is our Recruitment Manager who has been with us for over four years now, his eye for quality and talent is a testament to the brilliance of our office team and our Care Professionals. His eye for quality is also seen in his involvement in our advertising.

Elaine is one of our longest serving team members, being a part of Home Instead Richmond for over seven years. Being a Field Care supervisor, she visits clients and ensures all needs are being met and that they are receiving a quality service.

Jessica is our Care Consultant her unwavering attention and care to her role means she makes a real difference to all our client's lives. She takes her time to carefully construct care plans and find perfect client – Care Professional matches.

Bano ensures clients needs are being met and that they are consistently receiving a quality service. She also part time assists with our accounting team.

Elizabeth has been with us for just over a month. In her role she works with the team, clients and Care Professionals organising schedules for visits.

Clare is new to Home Instead Richmond, with over 10 years of experience as a Live in Care Manager she ensures the highest standards of professional practice and that each client receives personal care appropriate for their individual needs.

Suzanne is based over in South Africa, her role includes recruiting carers for our Live In Side, co ordinating the carers and allocating them their positions. Her meticulous approach to her work ensures we carry our high quality into Live in Care.
