Home Instead Senior Care Reading is delighted to welcome its second team of Caregivers on board. Having successfully negotiated our recruitment process, the team is embarking on a detailed programme of training to equip them to deliver the highest standards of care and professionalism to our clients.

This team of people which we have recruited over the last month comes from hugely varied backgrounds. The one thing they have in common though is that they all have a real passion for helping others and caring for people in our local community.  Over the forthcoming weeks we will provide all the necessary training for our caregivers in-house, but what we cannot teach is the passion and motivation which drives people such as these to want to put something back into their local community by helping others.

Owner of the Reading Office Philip Keohane believes that the quality and range of training that Home Instead provides its teams is second to none, “Our team of Caregivers will receive significant support throughout their time with us. We want them to feel confident and competent in their roles so that they can provide our clients with exceptional service every day”.

Home Instead Senior Care is changing the way care is delivered in the UK. Their service is tailored to the needs of individual clients and ranges from companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, post-discharge care, personal care, medication reminders, shopping and errands. The service is totally flexible to meet client needs and is available from as little as 1 hour to 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
