The Deputy Care Manager will work as part of a team and report to the Registered Manager, ensuring that we continue to deliver Outstanding care to our clients.

The Deputy Care Manager will be responsible for managing the needs of clients within a geographical area of the overall business.
Management of clients and responsibility for their ongoing care and support
Ensure successful operation of quality control procedures
Undertake care consultations and write person centred care plans
Conduct or oversee ongoing service reviews and quality assurance
Management experience of service provision in the care profession. Minimum standard of level 2 QCF diploma in care.
Thorough knowledge and hands on experience of client care requirements
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Ability to develop and maintain the quality control system
Strong knowledge of the requirements of the Care Standards regulations
Experience in assessment and care planning
A Full driving license is essential
