Adam Crispin - Owner
Before I joined the Home Instead family I spent 15 years working in advertising. However, I realised that I wanted to do something that would make a difference to the community in which I have grown up and lived most of my life, so after much searching for the right opportunity I found Home Instead and set up the North Devon & Exmoor office. This enables me to continue to live in a place I love while delivering an excellent quality service that helps members of the community maintain their quality of life, and stay independent and living in their own homes for longer.
Although I am lucky enough to have spent most of my career so far at local advertising agency Bray Leino, working on some brilliant brands and campaigns, I could rarely see how my input was directly helping to deliver a benefit. I have now taken a lot of the experience of managing multiple projects and people in a fast moving environment, while maintaining strict attention to detail, into my new role, to ensure that the quality of our service is to the highest possible standard, and I can directly see the results that the Home Instead service can have on people’s lives.
I am married to Chantelle, who is a primary school teacher, and we live in South Molton. In our spare time we like to go walking on Exmoor and local beaches, and I can often be found on a cricket field in the summer, or watching rugby during the winter, as well as playing skittles in the South Molton league.
