Home Instead top client ratings in national awards

Home Instead offices across the UK have taken a staggering 43 out of 110 places available in homecare.co.uk’s recommended agency awards, the most of any homecare company. 

The awards, which are based on independent client reviews, select the Top 10 agencies for 11 different UK regions.

Almost every region in England included at least three Home Instead offices in their Top 10s, with two regions – Yorkshire & Humber and West Midlands – featuring six Home Instead offices! 

Offices in the devolved nations also did well, with all three Scottish offices and three Welsh offices appearing in their respective Top 10 lists. In addition Home Instead was included in the Top 10 Recommended Agency Groups, reflecting recommendations from across the UK.

The awards are given based on homecare.co.uk’s review score - a combination of the number of reviews and the average of each of the review ratings. This makes them a clear reflection of client satisfaction and a ringing endorsement for our relationship-led model of care.

The awards are further confirmation of independent research carried out last year which showed that 96% of our clients would recommend Home Instead’s services.
