Happy staff make for a successful business and we go the extra mile to ensure we are getting it right.
Here at Home Instead we are intent on making sure that our staff are happy CAREGivers so we recently asked them to take part in a ‘happiness’ survey. The survey (completed anonymously) looked at various aspects of working for the company to ensure that caregivers feel valued and are happy in their work.
No stone was left unturned in this quest for CAREGiver happiness with staff asked about all aspects of their working lives including training, ongoing support, pride in working for the company and having the time to properly care for clients.
We believe that CAREGivers and clients should be matched based on shared interests, fostering strong relationships, friendships and trust and are keen to learn if this was working in relation to caregiver happiness.
We were delighted to receive a resounding thumbs up from our team with 93% recommending the company as a great place to work; 98% said they were given enough time to care and 100% said they felt well matched to their clients.
