We Are Recruiting!

Caring for our older community has never been more important as people are living longer and reaching older ages. A recent statistic highlighted that more caregivers are needed and that by 2035 there will be more than 650,000 vacancies in care.

We are looking for at least 30 new caregivers, and are proud to be hosting a recruitment day during the annual ‘You Can Care’ week, to highlight the rewarding roles within the care sector.

What’s happening:

Join us for pancakes and refreshments, chat with the friendly caring team to discuss our minimum one-hour in-home care visits, flexible hours, award winning training and great rates of pay.

Sandra Edden, co-owner of Home Instead Newcastle Under Lyme, said: “We are looking for kind and compassionate caregivers who want to help make a world of difference to the elderly in our local community.”

Home Instead currently has 30 vacancies for caregivers to join the team in 2020. Sandra said: “If you are thinking about a career in care, where you have time to really get to know and support your clients, we encourage you to come along for a chat. You don’t need to have any previous experience, but if you are a caring person then you could be a caregiver. We will be more than happy to explain how you can make a real difference, not only for the older people you care for, but for yourself.”

We are an award-winning home care company, which provides services tailored to the needs of individual clients. The service is flexible to meet client needs and is available from as little as one hour to 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
