Jo is passionate about all areas of her role here at Home Instead - be that supporting clients, their families, the care team and the office team - Jo oversees all this to ensure everything is working well to enable us to deliver the high-quality care we are known for.

Jade is your first point of contact when getting in touch with Home Instead Newbury, Abingdon & Didcot and, as a new client, will ensure you feel comfortable and well supported with all aspects of your care.

Jo's role involves working closely with our Live In clients and their families to ensure they are receiving all the help and support they need to help them live a happy and independent life in their own home.

Through personal experiences with his own family, Paddy witnessed how having the right support & care in place, really can make a huge difference to peoples lives making a difference not only to the client themselves, but to their family and loved ones too.

Gillian is our Recruitment Manager - she is a real people person! Her role includes initial Care Professional interviews and screening process, sourcing references and making sure we have all the relevant information in order for a Care Professional to join our team.

Pippa has great people and organisation skills and is well used to reacting quickly and spinning plates – an important talent for a Care Co-Ordinator!

Melissa understands just how vital it is to be confident & happy with the care a loved one is receiving. She strongly believes that our Care Professionals & all the team at the office treat our clients as if they were our own family – with respect, kindness and compassion.

Paul’s priority is to continue to build and develop Home Instead Newbury, Abingdon & Didcot, both as a great place to work for our team and the best place to ensure our clients receive care that is second to none.
