Why Personal Care may be right for you

Personal care cannot be rushed. Short 15- or 30-minute visits often leave people feeling hurried while trying to shower, dress, or get ready. For someone who is frail or living with memory loss, this can be stressful and unsettling. At Home Instead Mid Cornwall, our Care Professionals provide support with visits of at least one hour, giving plenty of time for patient, dignified care and reassurance.

This encourages independence, allowing people to do what they can themselves while receiving respectful assistance. By building trust, confidence, and a strong relationship, our experienced team ensures personal care enhances wellbeing. Serving St Austell, Bodmin, Wadebridge, Fowey, and Lostwithiel, we are here to support every step of the way.

Tailored Personal Care in Mid Cornwall

Accepting help with personal care, such as washing and dressing, can be difficult. Conditions like Dementia, Parkinson’s, or frailty can make it hard to manage independently. At Home Instead Mid Cornwall, we work closely with clients, providing reassurance, encouragement, and support while maintaining dignity and privacy.
