Home Instead Senior Care offices across the UK are celebrating following excellent results from our annual PEAQ client and Caregiver survey!
PEAQ, Pursuing Excellence by Advancing Quality, is an independently monitored, anonymous survey sent to all Home Instead Clients, Caregivers and Key player staff, the aim of the survey is to provide valuable data on both a local office and National level about how we are performing.
Some key results from the Maidstone 2017 office Client Survey:
- 95% of our clients said "my Caregiver arrives on time"
- 90% said "my Caregiver is well matched to my needs"
- 100% agreed that "my Caregiver was properly introduced"
- 100% responded that they are "likely to recommend Home Instead"

As an organisation with such a responsible, emotive and important job to do we must do all we can to ensure our Clients are receiving the best possible care.
