Each client is different, with differing domiciliary care needs. We create unique bespoke health care at home packages for everyone we support, matching our CAREGivers with our elderly clients to ensure compatibility, empathy and trust.
As well as personal care, our range of elder care homecare support services comprise companionship, home help and light housework including, washing, bed making, cleaning and ironing.
We prepare meals and run local errands.
We organise days out and support with trips to the hairdresser, the doctor, shopping, hospital appointments etc.
We have considerable experience in planning an delivering future homecare support including dementia and Alzheimer’s care at home as well as providing medication reminders and liaison with other local services and health care agencies.
As well as homecare support we have even been known to offer pet care and light gardening as well as the odd trip to the theatre.
We can do this on a regular basis or as part of a programme of respite care for existing home carers.

We provide specialist support for people living with dementia based on our specially developed, City and Guilds approved Alzheimer's Care Programme. This comprehensive training programme underpins our CAREGivers training and we are also provide, free of charge awareness sessions to friends and families under the Dementia Champion scheme.
Our training programme provides a simple, easy to understand overview, explaining what Alzheimer's Disease and other dementia's are and introduces our Life Journal describing how to use it as an effective support tool throughout the 3 different stages of dementia.
