We were delighted to support the Clifton Hospital Carers Open day as part of Dementia Awareness week. The event was opened by comedian Mick Miller and was full of information and support related to and in support of Dementia.

Our Community Development Co-ordinator Lois Pell made 'old' and new friends and enjoyed the lovely refreshments and entertainment provided throughout the day. Big thanks to Sister Linda Broadbent on Ward 1 and her team for their hospitality and warm welcome on the day and of course to Sister Valerie for (once again) baking those delicious cakes!

If you need support for a loved one with Alzheimer's or other Dementias then please give us a call. We would be happy to discuss the support we can offer, whether it's for companionship for your loved one to enable you to enjoy some free time, or for more detailed care to enable them to continue to live well in their own home.
