What is PEAQ?


PEAQ stands for "Pursuing Excellence by Advancing Quality" and is the name given to our annual survey of all clients, CAREGivers and Key Players (office staff).  PEAQ is run by an independent research company, Smith & Henderson, and is completely anonymous.  

This is the fourth consecutive year that we have run the PEAQ programme and the results from the surveys allow each office to analyse their operations and improve the quality of the service delivered to clients, and to ensure that we are doing all that we can to support the CAREGivers and key players. 


Home Instead Senior Care Lytham welcomes the opportunity to receive feedback from our Clients and CAREGivers, which is why we encourage everyone to complete their survey.


Last year the results were great with 100% of our Clients likely to recommend Home Instead and 100% of our CAREGivers stating they were proud to work for us.


However, the point of a survey is to gather information and confirm what we are doing well and identify any issues to address - PEAQ gives us that opportunity. Our commitment to our Clients and entire staff team is to listen and act on the issues raised and last year we did just that.   #YouSaidWeHeard
