Getting Scam Aware in Poulton-le-Fylde

On Monday, 7th November we had a very warm welcome at St Chad's Church for the Poulton and Carleton Residents' Association quarterly forum.

We very much enjoyed the opportunity to present a SCAM AWARENESS session based on Home Instead Senior Care's Senior Fraud Protection campaign.

The large audience comprised members of the public, the Church, the Police, local councillors and County Councillor Alf Clempson, and the meeting was Chaired by Lesley Middleton.

LOIS PELL our Community Development Co-ordinator kicked off the evening with information to keep everyone scam aware and provided information to all attendees on where to get help if they or anyone they know fall victim to scammers.

It was a cold and frosty night in Poulton but the welcome was nothing but warm - Thank you to everyone concerned.
