Our support extends beyond the home to help clients stay connected to Whitburn and the wider West Lothian community. We’ll happily organise for clients to attend dementia-friendly support sessions, for companionship over a cuppa. Many clients enjoy gentle walks in Polkemmet Country Park, where the peaceful surroundings and wildlife provide sensory engagement that can be particularly beneficial for those living with dementia.
We are led by Graham Stevenson, a local who established Home Instead West Lothian in 2020 after experiencing firsthand the challenges of finding quality care for his grandmother. Our Care Manager Nadine Whitelaw brings heartfelt commitment to her role, having started as one of our very first Care Professionals before progressing to oversee our outstanding care delivery.
