We create a care plan tailored to your specific needs after an initial consultation in your home. During this visit, we’ll discuss your preferences, routines, medication requirements, and more. We’ll also conduct a comprehensive risk assessment to ensure your environment is safe and make any necessary recommendations to suit your needs. Your Care Support Manager will introduce you to your Care Professional on their first visit and go over the care plan to ensure everyone is on the same page. To keep your care effective, your Care Support Manager will maintain regular contact with you. This ongoing communication allows us to make adjustments as needed, ensuring the care provided remains safe and adapted to any changes in your needs.
We have a wonderful team of Care Professionals, carefully selected for their personality, knowledge, and experience to suit your individual needs. Our thorough recruitment process includes a DBS police check, professional and personal references, and our "mum test" to ensure that new team members align with our core values of being caring, compassionate, trustworthy, and respectful.
