Before care begins, our local team will spend time getting to know you, your routines and the kind of support that would make life at home easier. We then match you with a Care Professional whose experience is right for your needs and whose personality feels like a good fit. You will have the chance to meet them before they come to stay. As part of the arrangement, your Care Professional lives in your home and has a private bedroom of their own. They are there to support you through the day and stay overnight too, so someone familiar is nearby if unexpected help is needed. If you need regular support during the night, our local team can talk through how best to provide this. For longer-term care, we usually introduce a small number of Care Professionals who take turns staying with you, allowing each of them to get to know you and how you like things done. Our local team manages the rota, handovers and any cover that may be needed, so the care continues smoothly.
Our local team manages every part of the live-in care we provide, from the first visit through each review that follows. We directly recruit and employ each Care Professional and supervise the care they give, visiting regularly and adjusting the arrangement whenever needs change.
