We are delighted to be short-listed for three awards at the 2017 Suffolk Care Awards.
Inspiring Leaders and Managers Award
Our Registered Manager, Joanna, has been nominated for this award in recognition of her outstanding leadership and commitment to developing the homecare service provided by Home Instead, since joining the company in 2012.
Excellent Training Award
At Home Instead we pride ourselves on our innovative approach to training. Our aim is to train our CAREGivers to give the best quality care possible. This starts with our orientation training, the Care Certificate, City and Guilds dementia training, ongoing eLearning, and regular observations and support in our clients' homes.
Innovative Approaches to Services for Dementia Award
As a company specialising in supporting those who are living with memory loss, we focus on supporting people to spend their daily lives in meaningful ways, with empathy and compassion. Our two Client Service Managers have extensive expertise in this field and our CAREGiver's are all qualified with a City & Guilds Certificated dementia training, developed by renown national and international experts.
We wish everyone good luck during the judging process!
