Home Instead Senior Care Ipswich, Felixstowe and Woodbridge are proud to announce that the team scooped up a Customer Care Award at the Suffolk Business Awards 2018.
The awards ceremony, which is in its 21st year, was held at Milsoms, Kesgrave Hall on 5th July and more than 320 guests attended the glitzy event.
Businesses who entered The Customer Care Award needed to show how they go above and beyond customer expectations, ensuring everything that the company does has the customer at its core. The judges were looking for businesses which showed a clear focus on their customers’ needs, examples of customer-driven initiatives designed to raise service standards and evidence of increased customer satisfaction.
Joanna McCall, General Manager at Home Instead commented on the award win. She said: “We are so proud to have won the Customer Care Award at the Suffolk Business Awards 2018. We showed that we go above and beyond for our clients, ensuring everything we do has our clients at the core."
“We consistently do our best for our clients and much of this is down to our amazing CAREGivers who provide outstanding levels of care to each and every one of our clients.”
Steve Anglesey, Archant’s group content director for East Anglia, urged the finalists to take pride in their success. He said, “Our judges have told us what a difficult job they have had this year in whittling down the entries to the finalists. So everyone here tonight – regardless of their company’s size or sector – can consider themselves a key part of making Suffolk and north Essex such a successful place to do business.”
