Being a CAREGiver
Home Instead Senior Care Ilkley is seeking local individuals who would like to assist our elderly clients to remain independent at home. It is so rewarding to be a companion to someone and make a difference.
We are rapidly gaining an excellent reputation for high quality care and are looking forward to hearing from individuals who wish to work in such an environment.
Our CAREGivers are special people. We place great emphasis on the relationship between our CAREGivers and our clients. Of course the tasks we perform are important but we believe they are best delivered by people who know and trust their clients. For this reason we don’t rush our visits; you will do a minimum of an hour with a client. You will also see the same person over time and get to know them well.

To become a Home Instead CAREGiver you must have easy access to transport, be compassionate, cheerful, dependable and have a genuine desire to look after older people.
We offer a variety of part time roles with good rates of pay and full training will be provided.
